Golden Rule Bar-B-Q's
Lemon Ice Box Pie
1-1/2 cups Eagle brand milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
4 egg yolks
19-inch graham cracker pie crust
14 vanilla wafers
Reddi-wip for topping
In a mixing bowl on low speed combine Eagle brand milk, lemon juice and egg yolks until mixture becomes thick and smooth. Pour into pie crust. Line vanilla wafers around the pie rim. Bake on 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool. Top with Reddi-wip whipped cream
