Apple Cake

2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
3 cups apples, chopped
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1-1/2 cups nuts   

In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Grease and flour bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
